With the auspicious Dragon’s tail bidding farewell to the old year and the lucky Snake raising its head to welcome a new journey, on January 24, 2025, Qrunning Cable’s 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Ceremony and New Year Celebration was grandly held in the company’s main building. Over 600 leaders, managers, and employees gathered together to jointly review the fruitful achievements of 2024 and look forward to a new blueprint for future development.
At exactly 9:00 a.m., the 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Meeting commenced solemnly with the playing of the national anthem. The meeting began with a work report delivered by General Manager Chen Yongzhi. In his report, he pointed out that in the face of a more complex and severe external environment, the prolonged economic downturn, and intensifying industry competition, the entire company united as one, courageously confronting difficulties, staying focused on its goals, and striving against the odds. As a result, the company fully achieved all the business objectives set at the beginning of the year, delivering an impressive performance.
While summarizing the achievements, General Manager Chen also objectively analyzed shortcomings in management and operations, as well as the current opportunities and challenges. He proposed targeted improvement measures along with the work plan for 2025. Next, after the General Manager read out the “Decision on Commendations for 2024 Advanced Achievements,” the exciting award ceremony commenced. At the conclusion of the conference, Chairman Chen Yongming delivered an important speech. He first extended his congratulations to all award recipients and expressed his sincere gratitude and best wishes to all employees for their hard work and relentless dedication. The company’s production and sales defied the trend, breaking through to rank 29th for the first time on China’s cable industry competitiveness list—a milestone achievement in Qrunning’s development history. Looking ahead to the new year, he emphasized that to remain undefeated in the fierce market competition, the company must continue to unite and work tirelessly. This includes leveraging a high-level R&D platform for new product development, building a strong talent pipeline with high standards, enforcing strict production safety management, and deepening performance evaluation through refined management. Only with a spirit of urgency and persistent effort can greater development be achieved.
