Company’s PV cables obtain TÜV Rheinland Certification, win “quality passport”.

As one of the world’s most recognized, authoritative, and rigorous quality certifications, TÜV Rheinland Certification imposes strict requirements on product testing and auditing, and its certification process serves as an in-depth assessment of an enterprise’s full-chain capabilities. During the certification phase, multiple departments of Qrunning Cable, including R&D, Technology, Production, Quality Management, and Procurement, quickly collaborated to form an efficient closed-loop cooperation system. The R&D Department took the lead in interpreting standards and tackling technical challenges, repeatedly optimizing product designs; the Production Technology Department led the optimization of process design; the production plants accurately implemented production plans and strictly controlled the quality of each process; the Quality Management Department followed up on product testing throughout the entire process to ensure all indicators met the requirements; all departments further cooperated closely during the on-site audit phase and responded efficiently to audit requirements. Finally, with smooth collaboration and solid technical reserves, the company successfully passed all audit stages, fully demonstrating Qrunning Cable’s mature operational management capabilities and quality assurance capabilities.

It is reported that for the PV cable products certified this time, the cable conductors adopt tinned copper conductors, where the copper conductors are made of high-purity oxygen-free copper, which reduces energy loss during current transmission. The tin-plating treatment on the copper conductors further enhances the corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of the conductors. Both the insulation and sheath are made of irradiation-crosslinked halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant polyolefin materials dedicated to PV cables, endowing the products with excellent UV resistance, acid and alkali resistance, ozone resistance, and high and low temperature resistance. This ensures that the products can operate stably and reliably for a long time even in complex and harsh environments.
