Build upon what you’ve learned
Pass on experience as a ladder
The First Lecture of the “Qrunning Lecture Series”
To comprehensively enhance employees’ overall capabilities, broaden career development horizons, and establish an internal platform for knowledge sharing, cultural dissemination, experience inheritance, and innovation—thereby supporting corporate strategy implementation and business growth—the inaugural session of the “Qrunning Lecture Series” was successfully held on October 11, marking the official launch of this systematic learning platform.
The “Qrunning Lecture Series” focuses on three dimensions: industry trends and corporate development, management thinking and workplace skills, and experience inheritance and cultural shaping. It aims to inject talent vitality into the company’s sustainable development through an open learning mechanism. The inaugural session, themed “Strategize for Momentum, Win the Future,” was personally delivered by General Manager Chen Yongzhi. It centered on enhancing the professional capabilities and business proficiency of the sales team. Utilizing a dual “online + offline” channel model, the lecture attracted 75 on-site participants and 212 online live attendees, showcasing Qrunning employees’ strong enthusiasm for learning and the team’s progressive spirit.
The event commenced with a ceremonial scroll signing, marking the opening of this grand lecture series. General Manager Chen Yongzhi solemnly inscribed his name upon the scroll. As the scroll slowly unfolded, the words “Record learning as the foundation, pass on experience as the ladder” came to life on the paper. The brief yet solemn launch ceremony featured a theme slogan that precisely captured the founding philosophy of the Qrunning Lecture Series: “Building on knowledge accumulation as the root, and experience inheritance as the ladder.” Sustained applause filled the venue, creating an enthusiastic atmosphere. This ceremony not only marked the official launch of the Qrunning Lecture Series but also symbolized the sales team’s united resolve to conquer the market together. During the lecture segment, General Manager Chen Yongzhi first extended sincere greetings and gratitude to the frontline sales team. He further connected with the team by sharing his personal growth journey and the development story of the Qrunning brand. The General Manager explicitly stated that this lecture series was not a traditional “lecture,” but rather a review and exchange aimed at “unifying thinking, enhancing skills, and winning the market.” He presented the core viewpoint: “As salespeople, only by being more professional, more precise, more diligent, and more proactive than our competitors can we have a chance to win,” instantly igniting the employees’ thinking and resonance.
Immediately following, General Manager Chen Yongzhi conducted an in-depth analysis of the current competitive landscape by integrating industry trends with the company’s actual situation. He systematically guided the sales team to clarify the market’s “trends” and “dynamics,” pinpointing strategic focus areas. His analysis progressed from the intensifying competition within the existing market share, to the diversification of customer demands, and finally to the competitive advantages of the company’s core products. When addressing how to steer the sales team’s future development, he outlined three key transformation directions:
First, the shift from “salesperson” to “industry consultant”: moving beyond securing individual orders to deeply understanding the cable industry’s production processes, cost structures, development trends, and pain points, thereby delivering comprehensive solutions.
Second, transitioning from “experience-driven” to “data and knowledge-driven”: Sales personnel must master utilizing market data and customer management systems for precise decision-making. Leveraging corporate data platforms like Yilanyun
enhances service professionalism and success rates.
Third, shifting from “individual efforts” to “system-wide collaboration”: Strengthen synergistic capabilities with internal teams—technical support, R&D, and after-sales service—to build a customer-centric, high-response system that delivers greater value.
The successful launch of the inaugural session of the “Qrunning Lecture Series” has infused the sales team with new knowledge and motivation, poised to propel them toward further achievements in the fiercely competitive market! The launch of the “Qrunning Lecture Series” represents not only knowledge transfer and skill enhancement but also underscores the company’s commitment to talent development and business growth. Moving forward, the Human Resources department will leverage this initiative to continuously empower employees through diverse training programs and cultural development, driving both individual growth and corporate advancement.
