
To keep pace with the wave of digital development, further strengthen the foundation of the company’s digital transformation, and comprehensively enhance the digital literacy, innovative thinking, and office productivity of all employees, the company recently successfully held the second session of the “Qrunning Lecture Hall” special training event. This event invited a seasoned expert in workplace AI applications to deliver a specialized empowerment course titled “Workplace AI Applications: Explosively Boosting Your Work Efficiency”, which attracted over 70 employees from various departments to actively participate and engage in intensive learning. Participants immersed themselves in hands-on skills related to domestic AI technologies, exploring new models of intelligent office work.

During the session, the instructor began with the fundamentals of AI in an easy-to-understand manner, clearly comparing the differences between generative AI and traditional search engines, breaking down the core logic, and helping participants correct misconceptions while establishing proper usage concepts. The instructor also systematically introduced several domestic free AI tools, including DeepSeek, Doubao, Wenxin Yiyan, Kimi, and Tongyi Qianwen, clearly outlining the strengths of each platform: DeepSeek excels in strong Chinese language capabilities, Kimi is highly efficient in processing long texts, Wenxin Yiyan specializes in official document writing, and Tongyi Qianwen delivers precise data analysis. This enabled participants to quickly identify the most suitable tools for their needs and apply them effectively.
The training focused on practical application and tangible results, with prompt engineering as the core content. It explained in detail the three key criteria for high-quality prompts and introduced the universal formula: Role Definition + Problem Description + Output Goal + Supplemental Requirements. Combined with practical methods such as instructional prompts, role-playing prompts, and keyword-based questioning, the instructor provided hands-on guidance in building personalized prompt templates, enabling participants to truly master the critical skills of “asking the right questions and obtaining efficient answers.”
The course covered high-frequency office scenarios including document writing, PPT creation, data analysis, audio-video production, and poster design. Participants learned by doing and practiced in real time, producing multiple outputs such as official documents, presentations, posters, and PPTs during the session. This effectively transformed knowledge into skills and applied those techniques to their daily work.

After the training, participating employees expressed that the course was highly informative, practical, and immensely useful. Tasks that were previously tedious and repetitive in daily work—such as document editing, data organization, and content creation—can now be accomplished with the help of AI tools, leading to significant improvements in both office efficiency and work quality, thereby injecting new momentum into job performance and productivity enhancement.
